Bishop Strickland about modernism within the Church of Leo XIV My dear friends in Christ, Thank you for joining me today. There are some words that once occupied a central place in the life of the Catholic Church but are now seldom heard, and I want to talk about one of those words today. The word is “modernism.” Ask the average Catholic today what modernism is, and many will not know how to answer. Ask when they last heard a sermon about it, and many would say, “Never.” Yet there was a time when the Church regarded modernism as such a grave danger that Pope St. Pius X devoted an entire encyclical to exposing it. In 1907, in Pascendi Dominici Gregis, he called modernism “the synthesis of all heresies.” Those are extraordinary words. Popes do not use language like that lightly. If St. Pius X believed modernism was the synthesis of all heresies, then a question naturally follows: What happened? Did modernism simply disappear? Or have we reached a point where the Church’s own warnings …Hiroc’h
Spanish Bishops Divided over Immigrants in Ceuta: Archbishop Luis Argüello of Valladolid, president of the Spanish bishops’ conference, called the surge “an invasion,” contrasting with the local diocese’s humanitarian response. Argüello said the influx was part of a broader political strategy, arguing that migrants were being used in struggles for “money and power” and that “demographics are a weapon.”
Monsignor Stricklan asks: You who are Catholic: Have you ever heard the word Modernism? Si hablas Español puedes leer una traducción en nuestro Blog: ¿Has oído alguna vez la palabra Modernismo?

Serbia's Giant Cross Is Inspiring the World Again | Shalom World News At the entrance to the Serbian city of Kragujevac, every road seems to lead to the Cross. Rising 18 meters into the sky, the St. George's Day Cross (Đurđevdanski Krst) has stood for more than 15 years as a powerful reminder that Christ remains at the heart of a nation shaped by faith. Designed by Serbian sculptor Zoran Ilić and consecrated in 2010 by the Serbian Orthodox Church, the monument bears a striking six-meter relief of Christ's Crucifixion on one side and an image of St. George on the other. This year, the Cross was lovingly restored after the Eparchy of Šumadija initiated conservation work to preserve one of Serbia's most recognizable Christian landmarks. The restoration included cleaning the monument, repairing damaged sculptural elements, renewing the gilded halos and protecting it for generations to come. For the people of Kragujevac, this is more than a monument. It is part of everyday life. Locals simply …Hiroc’h
On 4 August, Peruvian essayist Santiago Roncagliolo, in a lengthy interview with Daniel Titinger, described Leo XIV's behind-the-scenes methods as Bishop Robert Prevost of Chiclayo, Peru. According to Roncagliolo, Prevost quietly built coalitions, divided opponents, managed information, and preferred discreet political action to public confrontation. Roncagliolo is broadly sympathetic to Leo XIV. "As a character to narrate he was a nightmare. He has no phrases, no scenes, no gestures. You ask the sources: 'What did Prevost say at that dramatic and crucial moment?' 'Nothing, I think'.'" Weakening Opus Dei from Within Interviewer Titinger described Prevost as "a Trojan horse": "He understands the adversary, doesn't confront him openly, but disables him from within. He's always quiet; that's why he wasn't well known." Roncagliolo does not reject the characterization and discusses Prevost in those terms. He also explains how Prevost weakened Opus Dei: "Prevost divided Opus Dei. He offered …Hiroc’h

I wonder how much money he is making with them now. Besides his own RX company in cahoots with phizer selling cheap pills to make sure more people are able to get sick from them. The king of the vax. Still denying with mounds of proof it's dangerous. Still promotes it. And yet he still has followers who can't see one thing he does wrong. When he destroys everything he touches. Well, so be it. My hands are clean of this beast and his deadly sins.

Bishop Raúl Vera: Homosexuality is a natural phenomenon; it is neither a human perversion nor a disease. It is a condition with which a person is born, and one that we must respect and promote. Visit our Blog: pagina-catolica.blogspot.com
Homosexuality is a mental disease, just any other, kleptomania, psychopathy etc. The inclinations as such are not sinful, but acting upon is. St.Paul surely was not wrong. The good bishop ought to read the bible more often and not the homo propaganda.
